Thats a great model and the photography makes it look v realistic.

Taking the time to get a good shot always does the model justice. I cant understand some people who spend months making a brilliantly detailed and finely finished model, and then snap it on a cluttered workbench or on the kitchen table beside a dishcloth !Dead [xx(]

Well done.

Hi Craig,

Glad to have you on the FSM side of things! The 66 Camino is my personal favorite. I like the scale of the pics too, you've done a good job making it look like a real one.

So long folks!

Since I am new to this forum I thought I might start posting some of my previous builds for those who may not be on the SA forum.

This was supposed to be a “quick build” curb side that finally got completed about 9 months after I started it! Thus the license plate reads…..”GOTRDUN”

Lowered the stance, parts box wheels, HOC Candy red over silver base with blue pearl powder in the first couple coats of clear (heavier on all character lines for high lights). The splash design painted with blue nail polish and top coated with the blue pearl as well. All this got about another 8-10 coats of clear lacquer top coats. The bed has a custom cover made from the backside of an old Halloween yard decoration which was very thin vinyl.

Comments and critique always welcomed!
Unless most of you have seen my stuff elsewhere, I will be happy to post more of my stuff as I don’t have anything new at this time….but hopefully soon!
Craig
