The "new kids on the block" is a company called Red 5. Their first offering was a F2004, then brought out the R5. They now brought out rain tyres for Bridgestone and Michelin, which looks an interesting option.
And to answer your question, their next offering, to be released this month, is a Spanish version MP4/20 with engine. No idea what it's going to cost, though. The F2004 and R5 was about US$150 on most places I've seen, but they were both resin with no engine. Apart from engine detail, this is also a metal kit - like it or not. On their site there is actually allready an online manual available. From that you'll see that the engine is not as interesting as it used to be, but that's the way it is/looks with the modern F1 cars anyways. Btw, after that they are apparently planning on doing a R25 with engine as well.
I will give them a try for sure at some stage, looks very promising. Loads of detail, very nice PE, CF templated decals, wooden plank and a cd with reference pics.
