archangel571:
thanks !
i have some decals for the ICE from an AMT 'Rides' kit of a Nova SS,
the kit had the decals but not the actual parts, so i made them myself.
the PS2 controller still needs a bit of shaping work b4 it's done,
glad u r liking it, tho' !
r u still in the GB, nobody's posted any pix but me so far !

painting, plumbing & wiring work will continue...
i also redid the roll cage from a 6-point 2 a 4-point unit,
i realized it would b hard 2 squeeze in2 the back seat w/
my original design !
i'm also scratchbuilding a few additions 2 the ICE which
i hope 2 have pix of next week...
thinking about some nice p/e seatbelts, maybe...

yeah, they do go through the middle of the head between the cams - but, there's a cover over them, the wires come out the end of the cover. On my integra LS, they do come out the middle of the head, there's no cover on the LS engines. A civic like this would at least have a VTEC, if not a Type R engine.. :)

yeah, I'm about a 45 minute drive from there. I am pretty sure on that series of motor for honda, the sparkplugs actually go in throught the valve cover right? or did i misunderstand what you were saying?

thanx !
r u anywhere near the brickyard ?

progress update:
i have put the bodywork on hold temporarily...
i'm now doing some work on the engine bay:

some of the details have been picked out w/ a brush & i have
started wiring the engine. there r 4 spark plug wires added
between the distributor cap & intake manifold cover...
& i will b painting the sheet metal under the hood 2 match the exterior color
eventually it will all b that lovely shade of green seen in the first pix.

that engine bay is all kit-supplied...
this is probably the best revellogram kit i've seen,
so far everything fits pretty well & the detail is very nice.
i mite scratchbuild a few extras here & there eventually, tho'...
i just can't help it, LOL !
