Not a common scale for civilian vehicles. Only ones are a couple Toyota Land Cruiser Technicals by Mig Productions in resin, quite expensive too. The best alternative is to use 1/32 scale autos. They are close enough and can look great. I mix them with 1/35 kits all the time. Check my Showcases below for some examples.
