Smile [:)]That really looks good. It looks like its had some miles put on it. I would say with the windshield wipers, just strip the chrome, and paint them flat steel or a flat stainless steel, that would look more like wheathered chrome. Nice build Howdidyoudothat! (your name is loooong Smile [:)])

Still have a few things to do, like find a Bull Dog Decal for the doors. Have some touch up painting as well. Here's some hints for anyone building this truck.

1. Make sure you open all the holes in the cab for lights, mirrors etc.

2. Don't glue the gear shift onto the frame until after the cab is finished. I did mine in the assembly box order only to find it did not fit through the floor properly and had to cut it away from the frame later.

3. Position the interior into the cab and draw lines before glueing the windows. My interior hit the widows and broke them off. I had to redo them.

4. The windshield wiper are not in scale and I have yet to install them. I may take the chrome off, cut them a little and paint them.

5. Make sure the exhaust manifold pipe are placed properly so the cab sit properly. I lucked out there. Plus there are alternative assembly boxes for some assembly.

6. The truck is hand painted in Flat Red.
