S.O.S. m/c tires

I recently purchased an O.O.P. Tamiya Honda NXR 750 Paris-Dakar [that
I've been searching for a long time].The seller listed it as opened but
all parts there.You guessed it,No tires !!!!.I've e-mailed the buyer[in
Hong Kong],But in the event I'm stuck, A: does anyone have some they'd
be willing to sell me,or B: anyone know oof any A.M. companies that
might hook me up.The dimensions are; Approx. 1&3/4th inches I.D.
for the front,& Approx. 1&1/2 inches I.D. for the rear.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Semper fi,
