MP4/13 Instruction sheet
Posted by SeaBee on Thursday, December 22, 2005 7:13 AM
This is really embarrassing... I have a Japan version MP4/13, SMS detail set, Enkei wheel set, all ready to go (some day!). But I have just found out (whilst looking for something else) that I seem to have mislayed my instruction sheet! Censored [censored]

I know Hobby Search usually have online copies of instruction sheets, but these kits are both not listed at them (any more). I am sure it is somewhere in the house... I just hope it did not get lost in our house move, because I know I started taking it out and then decided to rather wait till after the move - and obviously "cleaned out" when packing.

Can somebody point me in the direction of another source for online instruction sheets? Or does anybody still have an instruction sheet and is willing to scan it for me? The normal version (kit #20046) will do just fine as well! The rest I'll be able to figure for myself.

Before you ask - this kit was not released here, so I don't have the option to contact the local Tamiya agent.

you can't contact them, but have you checked their website? You might be able to find something there?

If you're talking about Tamiya: been there, done that... They don't even list the kit any more, Tamiya USA at least list the Germany version, but as discontinued and not much more info.

Spitfire: the kit is 20047 (Japan version), but 20046 ("normal" version) will do just fine. But if you want to post the site's url, I can have a quick look there, thanks! Cool [8D]

Shaun: Email in profile. Otherwise, if that does not work, let me know and I'll PM you. Will really appreciate it! Thanks mate! Thumbs Up [tup]

Seabee,   Niether of the numbers you gave match up on the list.  However there is a diagram for the MP4/13  which may be of use to you.                Happy Chrismas.          Jim

SeaBee I bought a model of one of Tamiya's Half Tracks on ebay, and the intrustions came in only Japaness. I called Tamiya and they sent me a copy in English free of charge. Of course I told them that I bought it a long time ago (because the model was discoutinued), and I was just getting around to putting it together. Just call up Tamiya and tell them that you lost them, and I bet they will help you out.

I got a normal version kit at home.  If I get home before you get that instruction sheet I will scan a copy for you buddy.

Ryan, I'd really appreciate it! It will certainly save some postage on the other option available from Shaun... You can send it to the email in my profile. Otherwise, if you want to post/host it, let me know from where I can download it. Thanks a stack, man!

Jim, those reference are for R/C, which is why the number differ... This is the 1:20 model version I am speaking about, sorry for not having clarified it.
