Recently I visited a RV Dealer up here in New England and they had an assortment of scale model campers on display. Unfortunately they were only available as promotional sales aids to dealers.

I made a tag-a-long style camper for my dad many years ago. I started with one of those utility or horse trailers. Lots of careful cutting, glueing and scrounging for useable items. It's a lot of work, but can be lots of fun watching what your imagination can come up with.

If you can't find the kit you're looking for, have fun on your project build.

Sounds like you're off to a good start on planning a project build.

If you really sit down and think about it, you'll be surprised where you can get different items from.

If my memory serves me correctly, I seem to recall getting in trouble for my little sisters doll house suddenly missing furniture when I was building that camper. Whistling [:-^]

Becareful... you can get yourself in BIG trouble. You find yourself looking at things around the house too a bit differently. "Humm... if I cut that section out, bend it there, drill a hole here, paint it that color, it just might work for..."  Big Smile [:D]
