Sorry Howard, I totally forgot about that part.

Just do a Google Image search for the car and your sure to find some pics with the hood open.

That's where I start my searching. I build most of my cars to factory specs, including color options. So I start there, then head to car club web sites, forums, etc... The folks are usually very eager to help. Many have sent me photo's or actual copies of dealer info to work from. But then again, it wasn't so long ago that I restored the actual things.Sad [:(]

Here's a couple of links hopefully you don't have that might help.

Brians Model Cars - Tutorials
ScaleWiki - How to wire an engine

By the way, my wife found the wiring for me at Wal Mart, Jo Ann Fabrics and a few other places. It's in the arts and crafts section and sometimes listed for bead crafts. 30 gauge was a bit tough for her to find, 24 and thicker is easier. But she picked up spools of 40 - 50 yards for $0.99 - $1.46, depending on gauge and where.

Detailing Engines

Hi I just got into detailing 1:24 scale model engines and I need some additional resources. Just wondering if somone knows where I can go to see some detailed pictures of different car motors, I mostly like modifieds but stock will also do. I'd also like to know where the best place is to get detail parts for the motors. Thanks for your help in advance. Howard
