I pretty much buy all my Tamiya stuff through stores on eBay now. There are quite a few of them; mostly based in Hong Kong, & are a fair bit cheaper than anything I can pick up from home or the UK. Even allowing for postage, I'm still saving around aud20/ usd15/ gbp8. If you're an eBay member, that's an avenue you might want to consider. I know it's a good idea to support your local & all, but the money I save means I can buy another kit.

You might check out www.hobbylinc.com They have a pretty good selection. I don't know for sure that they carry the GT40, but its worth a look. Good luck Lynxafc!

that is one hell of a car that. sadly i'm very new to this and something like this is too much for me. Thanks for the link it's a big help!

I'm now looking for a 1966 Ford GT40, this one is another favourite of mine and i've been looking on some of the sites given to me with no luck.

I don't mind if it's only on a US site, I guess i'll just have to wait longer for postage.

thats exactly what i'm looking for.

P.S - I just looked at your site and I just saw the sickest looking Nismo Skyline! I hope you don't mind me borrowing the picture from your website. I just love the look of this!

I built that kit a while ago, its pretty awesome! The decals take some paitents, since there are over 100 I think! In the end it turns out to be a great model, and Tamiya offers the PE set for it now. You might check Tamiya's site, its http://tamiya.com/english/e-home.htm They sell stuff on here, its probably a little more, but if no place else carries it, you will probably find it here!

$19.50, in stock for delivery.

I've purchased a bunch of items through them.  Fast shipping and very reliable.

Hey,

I'm new to the forum, but have been looking around and this seems like a great place to post this. I'm struggling to find websites online which sell tamiya kits (or anyother kits which you know are as good) I'm pretty new to all this, I build one along time ago and want to start building again :)

i'm looking for 2001 Nissan Skyline GTR R34 JGTC #23 Pennzoil Nismo

like I said i'd like that one, but to be honest i'm not fussed.

Thanks

Steve
