How to Sand Gloss Gloss coat??
Posted by Anonymous on Wednesday, February 15, 2006 12:30 AM

Hello, I was wonderin if anyone could tell me exactly how to sand Gloss coat.  I've got a few tiny runs on a kit and I wanted to know what type and number of sanding grit to use.  If there is any special techniqes to the sanding procedure and how do I polish the coat when I'm done.  If there is allready a post descibing how to do this I'd be much abliged.  Thanks everyone.  TL

This is in another post - "How to Apply, Polish, and Wax your paint to perfection".

It should help point you in the right direction.

Yeah... I don't think he got that many coats of transparent blue on there for that major color change.

My guess, he switched colors LOL.

But what do I know...

My 2 cents [2c]

Right On!  That ScaleWiki site rocks.  Thanks Vric for the link.  I was on it for about 15 minutes and answered about a dozen questions.  TL
