My wife's Scania...
Posted by DanCooper on Monday, February 27, 2006 12:17 PM
A couple o weeks ago my wife started a Scania R500 truck, her second truck btw.
At the moment the construction is on hold on behalve of the fact that a new windscreen had to be ordered due to only a half  windscreen  being present in the kit. This is what she has so far...

The blanket was simulated with kitchenpaper and diluted white glue...

As always your comments and suggestions are welcome...

It's wonderful to see the work of a lady modeler. Well done.  I look forward to seeing more pictures in the future.

Cheers

What a talented lady your wife is.   The bunk was obviously a femine touch.     I`ve just completed a Scania T143.   I made a set of seat and bunk covers out of  an old pair of my wife`s thick, wine coloured, stretch tights.   It looks as near to the real thing that I`ve been able to achieve, so far.   please keep the photos coming.
