Has there ever been a kit for this ?

Yesterday I got an e-mail with the question if there has ever been a kit released of a '79 VW Derby (wich is like a Polo with a trunk on it). The person also asked where (in the case there has never been a release) she could order a scale model of one scratchbuilt.
