Tamiya Modena Question
Posted by Anonymous on Friday, August 8, 2003 6:41 AM
I have built the 360 Modena and am in the middle of building the Modena Spyder. I am wondering why the under-panel in the kit is molded in clear plastic and marked for painting semi-gloss black. Also the instructions say dont glue it. I cant see what the point of not gluing it is. Anyone got any ideas?

I AM BUILDING A SUBARU WRX RALLY CAR AND IT HAS THE SAME CLEAR PARTS WITH THE PAINTING GUIDE. I THINK IT IS JUST AN OPTION TO PAINT OR NOT SO YOU CAN STILL HAVE THE PART ON AND SEE THE DETAIL OF ENGINE ETC. AS 4 NOT GLUEING IT......CAN'T SEE HOW IT COULD HAPPEN UNLESS IT IS A TIGHT FIT.
