Tamiya made Jeep wrangler in 1/24 scale, one hardtop one and one opentop one. Both are out of production but they are still available on ebay... still kinda hard to find. They also have a 1/10 R/C one, which I made 8 or 9 years ago. They are all the older version with the rectangular headlights, which I prefer anyways, instead of the round ones. If you want diecast also, Maisto had the rubicon in both 1/24 and 1/18 scale.

revell and amt have the renegade in 1/24 and 1/25 scale. plus revell has a 1/25 rubicon but with the body in diecast.
