                        Revell recently released a pretty nice Shelby 427 Cobra Roadster.  Maybe they will follow up with a Coupe ?   Yeah, I know, wishful thinking  Sigh [sigh].

                        Historic Racing Miniatures makes one.I have not seen the Cobra kit itself,but Marc Havican did a review of it in another MAJOR car modeling magazine,and he had nothing but positive things to say.I do know that it comes with a $200 price tag...but I hear it is well worth it.

                        ack, i have only heard of the 1/18 64 cobra daytona coupe from Exoto Models a long while back.  a very very very detailed baby.

                        I'm not talking about die-cast but instead a plastic kit. I know that Gunze Sanyo made on in 1/24. Maybe another company should buy their molds and work something out with Mr. Shelby to reissue it but this time instead of the metal bits make them resin or plastic instead. I'd like one to put beside my 1/24 Fujimi Ford GT40 and Monogram 427 Cobra or if in 1/25th , beside my 1/25 Revell Ford GT40 and Academy 427 Cobra.
