Hi Quartermaster,

I just can't keep quiet on this subject, I guess this is prime target for abuse reporting, but my business has been helping modelers with import tuning parts for their JDM cars and such for a number of years now. Please PM me for details. Again, I hope I don't get in trouble but maybe the moderators can make this one slide as i've been paying for ads in SCA and FSM for the past few years now =)

Glad I could be of help.

Congratulations to your wedding, If your marrige will be anything like the weather we had this summer your in for the cruise of your life.

Little rain, much sun and high temperatures. I see I forgot to change adress in my profile as we now live in a small town called Falun, we sort of moved home again after eleven years in Stockholm.

Welcome over here anytime soon, let me know if you pass near us and need a roof over you head for a while.

Good luck with everything!

Outstanding, thanks very much for the great help and references!

How's the weather over there in Stockholm? I was originally selected to spend my summer quarter over there for school, but I chose to get married over the summer instead :)

Take a look at Fujimi and Aoshima's products, they have some tuner stuff that would suite just fine. Also check out Scale Auto Style and see if anything is in your flavor. Both Fujimi and Aoshima has some really nice rims/tire-combos with Aoshima being a tad better.

Here you have some of their stuff from Hobby Link Japan.

Aftermarket "tuner" parts?

I grew up on 1/48 and 1/72 military aircraft models, so bear with me as I'm pretty fresh and green to 1/24 auto models... I picked up Tamiya's Z32 twin turbo T-top kit and am happily clicking along.

However it seems that just about every detail parts shop selling 1/24th detail parts here in America assumes that you're building an American hot rod and nothing else. I have been able to scrounge up a set of Japanese-made Volk wheels & a set of rubber tires, but that's about it.

Can anyone recommend a website or manufacturer for the "tuner" style of automotive customization, as opposed to the muscle car/hot rodder style?
