Well it was about time I start this kit.

For this project, I will use Crazy Modeler Photo-etched parts.

More pictures and all descriptions can be found on my web site

As usually, comments are appreciated.

Looks great so far, let us know how the Crazy Modeler PE set goes, I just ordered one for a kit I'm going to be building so a preview would be welcome.

Seems like its going to turn out awesome. The detail on it is already amazing.

Photo etched parts or PE ,are metal parts that you can add to your model to replace the kit parts that are not to scale or just to add a bit more of a real look to kit to put it simply. It

is up to the modeler if they add it or not , although I personally would not recommend a person starting out in hobby to use them until they think they are able to tackle them as they a quite fiddly sometime. There

are some pieces on a etch set that I will use and some that I will just stand ten feet away from

Thanks for the explanation Shayne. I always thought you were supposed to make the kit that came inside the box as real as possible just by using the parts that came with it, I didnt know there were things sold elsewhere that one could use to do this. Shows how new I am to the hobby.
