Looking for a 1964 Chevy Stepside Shortbed

I'm trying to recreate an old truck that was once in the family. It's the 1964 Chevy Stepside Shortbed. Anybody know if this model was made for scale? I've tried to do some searches online but no luck. Is there a manufacturer that made this? Thanks
