Are there any aftermarket sets (clear parts) for the Enzo Ferrari from Tamiya?
Posted by Dutch Sam on Sunday, December 17, 2006 5:02 AM

Hi there,

I have been working on the Enzo Ferrari from Tamiya but by mistake I cleaned the front window with the wrong thinner and now I have to replace it. I know it is possible to form a new shield using a vacuform but I want to stay away from this for now. So therefore am I looking to replace the front window and was wondering whether this is possible to get an aftermarket set from either Tamiya or other manufacturer. I haven't been able to find one yet and was hoping if one of you guys can help me out here.

Greetings from rainy Holland.

Your best bet to replace that would probably be calling Tamiya and buying a new parts tree. I think, or at least they used to cost around $8 with shipping. They are pretty good about replacing them, better than some I have dealt with Big Smile [:D]

Agreed, hopefully Tamiya can hook you up with a new parts tree, otherwise it could be kinda hard to find an extra kit.
