It's a nice kit and yes I would say it compares with the Louisville in quality, maybe a little better. Not sure on the year as the truck was built from the late 50's until about 1990. The really early trucks had dual headlights, but other than that it's mainly just differences in the chrome and emblems. Considering when the kit was first released 70's seems a reasonable guess.
