                        Is there a way to apply raised white lettering on tires (kit has regular black walls)??

                        Are there decals? Stencils?

                        Tamiya kits use a dry transfer type decal. If you are artistic and have good eyes, you could make your own out of masking tape and airbrush it on the tire.
