Now THAT'S cool! ....and it brings back a lot of great memories, too. I really like the detail under the hood and the interior carpeting, and I love the your choice for the markings. Very nice! Thumbs Up [tup]

Great job on the model and display. I also have a 1969 Camaro by Revell that should be finished in the near future. Hope to post pictures.

Thanks for the compliments guys it was an enjoyable build and it goes well with my collection. My favorite period in auto racing is the early sixties to the early seventies.

Now that is some piece of work!

Very nice build and the interior simply is amazing! What did you use for the carpet, a tissue of some sort or did you actually manage to get it like that with flocking?

Hmmm, I've given up on flocking as I never get the result I wan't. No matter what I try to fixate it with there always seem to fly around some debris that look kind of odd laying on the seats or dash.

Now I've tried the tissue-trick and it's much easier to work with and gives a very nice look.

Here's my '64 Impala with this treatment, maybe you've already seen it?

glued in with white-glue, painted with thin dust coats of a custom mixed Tamiya acrylic. Must say I'm very pleased with the result and no more stray hairs from the flock Party [party]
