Collectively, Tamiya, Hasegawa and Fujimi have pretty much covered the EVO range in 1/24th scale, from II through IX, in a broad range of road, WRC and racing configurations.

Tamiya have EVO's V-VII in WRC configuration plus an EVO VI road car.
Hasegawa had a range of EVO's II-VI in WRC configuration, some of which include PE parts, and are difficult to find (here in Australia at least)
Fujimi, I believe, have road versions of EVO's III (?)-IX, and a number of "racing" versions.

There is also a fairly "light" 1/24 EVO VII WRC by Heller/Airfix, which is so basic it doesn't even include interior door panels (Instructions tell you to paint the inside of the body shell black)

As far as I am aware, all of the above are "curbside" kits and none have engine detail apart from what can be seen from underneath.

Sorry - wish I could help more...

The above list came from memory, so I may be off on a point or two. Of the list above, I have Tamiya's EVO V WRC and the Heller/Airfix EVO VII WRC, both of which are still "in the box". (compared to the Tamiya offering, the Heller/Airfix kit is positively stone-age)

For some reason, car kits command premium prices here in Australia, (asking price for the Fujimi EVO IX's at one of Sydney's major hobby retailers is a mere 58 bones - appr. $49 US) I may be temped to order one from Luckymodel, which should work out to be about half the local price.
