Bare Metal Foil. A self-adhesive foil that you burnish onto the model and trim off the excess.

Chrome trim on auto models
Posted by ga.retread on Saturday, September 29, 2007 1:09 PM

I usually build military models, so I haven't run into this problem since I built my last car model years ago. What is the best way to do the chrome trim on cars? I used to just paint it w/silver paint, but now I want to make it look nice and shiny.

All help is muchly appreciated.
