According to my distributors, the transaction has been completed. AMT was under contract to release some model kits for the remainder of the '07 year and some for '08. From what I have heard so far from my distributors is that AMT will still be producing kits, at least for awhile. Just like Revell will even though they have just been acquired by Hobbico.
