K-Dog Graphics in Kernersville NC may have what you want in a decal sheet. He has had pinstripes in the past and they look really good.

Microscale makes decal striping in a range of colors down to 1/64". Check here http://www.microscale.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Category_Code=STRIPES and start at page 8.

I have seen people use the color tape meant for RC cars, works ok, but is a tad thick in my opinion. You can print onto clear decal film, this works pretty well if you are putting a dark pin stripe on a light colored body, not very well to do the opposite. I have also seen people use a sharpie marker of a paint marker. You can apply a piece of masking tape to help you keep a clean edge.

All of these can work well but each have their special issues.

I would suggest to print them as a decal and put them on that way. Other than that I hope you have a steady hand.
