If you're in the US MCW is the way to go for factory stock colours.

Otherwise Hiroboy in the UK can mix just about any colour as long as you can provide the paint code for him, just look up Zero, base coat paints on his site.

I'm trying to remember the name of the companies that make repro colors.  They are all in laquers.  Pickup an issue of Scale Auto, or better yet, just look through it at the paint advertisers, and remember the names.  Or take the paint code down to your local paint supply store and have them mix some up for you.  Just make sure to tell them you only need a touchup sized container, otherwise thenext smallest you can get will be more then enough for 20 lifetimes of kit building.
