Testors has a line of NASCAR paints, and so does Model Car World Finishes.  There are many others as well, but they have to be imported.  Testors and MCW work just fine and are U.S. companies.  Testors will be the easiest to find.  The NASCAR paints are part of their custom laquer system though, so it's a flat base coat, and then the special clearcoat over the top of them.  It works quite well actually.  Check with your local hobby shops.  If that doesn't work head to their website and see if they have a local retailer list or something.  Failing that, give them a call to their customer service line.  MCW can be ordered directly through MCW, to the best of my knowledge these are airbrush only, they are also standard laquer, so proper protection of the plastic would most definately apply.

I recently came into a HUGE collection of NASCAR kits and was wondering if anyone knew where I could locate some paints for them; like Petty Blue, Kodak Yellow, etc.
