can't help on the first part

you need to save your files as a jpeg, or export them as a jpeg. i know on CS2 you can just choose the "save as" but i think on anything older photoshop 10 you need to export them. you will also need to find a free web hosting site for pictures like photobucket. just uploaded and paste the link into your thread. the pictures will show after you click "post"

Try using milliput.  It's a 2 part epoxy putty that works like clay and even like glue in some cases.  While it's still pliable, you can wet your finger with water and shape it that way to blend it in.  Great stuff.  Dries rock hard, and can be final sanded when cured.  Since you can smooth it with a finger dipped in water(the water kind of thins it out), you get most of that done before it dries and just finish sanding when it's cured.
