There are TONS of stuff out there.  Italeri, uses a few generic chassis with reasonably accurate suspensions, and tehn an accurate body and interior to keep costs down.  Revell and AMT both make a myriad of tractor and trailer kits.  I just picked up the Revell Peterbilt 359, that is evidently originally a snap kit but is full size instead of being 1/32 like most snap kits.  IT has a full engine and reasonable detail but it is showing it's age.  Fit is excellent on it.  Except where the exhaust stacks meet the exhaust splitter.  The tires are pretty horrible and are tough to get on the wheels.  Other then that is a pretty decent kit and includes a full engine with decent detail.  I also have Italeri's Iveco Turbo Star II, which is a very ncie kit with good detail, but as is the norm with them from what I hear, positive locating is a problem with this one.  Fit is overall pretty good if you can get things located properly.  For aftermarket there is plenty of stuff from Spalding Trading and Shipping.  Including transkits, full kits, detail parts, etc.  There is more aftermarket as well.  Scale Auto alternates between the truck stop column and the tuner column each issue.  All my Scale Auto's are on loan to my grandmothers husband who just bought a model car kit as he's thinking about getting back into the hobby after about a 50 year hiatus.  So I'm letting him borrow them otherwise I would glean out some info from them and post it.  Mostly your choices for full kits are gonna be Revell, AMT, and Italeri.  They are not the only manufacturers by any means but that is where about 80% of the truck kits are gonna come from.  They all have a good selection of trailers as well.  Evilbay can be a good source for trailers.

Try Model Express. They have both Canadian and US catalogs and I've had very good success buying from him. Very quick to respond to emails and good service.

Here's a search of his Truck page, there is a low boy on the first page and a Great Dane Extendable trailer on the second page:

So long folks!
