Thanks for recommending the site littlemoe! On your advise I purchased two sheets of black/pewter plain carbon fiber sheets.
I was very intimidated at first glance, decals are not my strong suit. My plan is to use these on my Tamiya Enzo kit. As most of you know, this car is full of carbon fiber. The entire chassis and much of the suspension, interior and engine componets are made of it.
After laying down my first decal I was hooked. I can't believe how realistic these things look. The decals are a little stiff, but respond well to setting solution. They are not fragile either. I was able too work them in to all the little spaces and details. Drying them with a hairdryer, as recommended on their website, really helped suck them down.
Thanks for the help
