Sounds like you may be ready to create, mold and cast your own tires as I do!. I use the casting rubber from Alumilite to make my own. Examples can be seen on my website www.bigscalemodelers.com in the Gallery section under "mold and cast. Should you have any questions, I'll be happy to help! Bob Hayes

Wheels and tires.

Hi. I'm new here. At the risk of sounding dense, I would like to know where I can find a good source for 1:24 and 1:25 scale wheels and tires for my cars. I have a KILLER 1:24 Monogram '70 GTX that I built about 13 years ago. She has been in a dustproof display case and touched only twice in that time, but The Cragar-looking mags aren't doing it for me anymore. Also, I am about to start work on Revell's '87 Buick Grand National and the tires in the kit are outdated to say the least. Any help would be GREATLY appriciated. Thanks So Much!Approve [^]
