Scale Drawing? Help needed! M4A1(76mm)W
Posted by psstoff995 on Sunday, December 28, 2008 2:12 AM

I'm trying to build the insides of one of these from the ground up using a Verlindin interior for an old M4A1 early version as a base (transmision/seat etc) but the dry storage goes wet and in the floor and the turret loses... all? If not most of it's "basket"

I've got some not so great pictures of the front compartmen... but any kind of line drawings/blueprints would be more than fantastic!!

Hey psstoff,

I've got a book with some scale drawings, I'm pretty scanner illiterate, but i'll see what I can do.  If I can't get it to work, I'll give you the book title

Here's the title:  World War II AFV Plans: American Amored Fighting Vehicles by George Bradford.

The M4A1 you're lookin' for is on page 66, and includes four 1/35 scale drawings.  Can't wait to see what you can do!

Thank you very much! If you can't get the scanner to work that's no big problem, I have some left over holiday cash and could probably get a copy of the book, by the title it sounds pretty useful! Thanks again

the retail price is $14.95. I use it regularly, but let me work with my scanner before you go shopping

Alright, no problem, this one's on the backburner at the moment anyway, I think my scratch skills will have to get a little better first Blush [:I]

Thanks again Smile [:)]

Alright, thanks for the heads up, at the moment I've got a few other things keeping me busy so I don't need them any time soon. Feel free to take your time, and I might even find myself bying the book in the future as there are quite a few tanks I have in the stash that are covered, I found a table of contents on Amazon
