Looking For Biplane Plans

I am hoping somebody here can help me out. I think in was in FSM issues year1998 or 1999 but no more than 2001 there was a German WWI Biplane I think it was either an Albatros or a Fokker (leaning more toward and Albatros) that someone scratchbuilt. It had all the steps and all the completed plans for scratchbuilding it. I was going to build it I lost it and have yet to find it again. I believe it was mostly black and not sure if there was a lozenge paint scheme on it. If anyone has a copy of this article or knows which FSM issue it was I would appreciative. It looked like a straight forward build and with a step by step instruction what could be better. It may have gotten lost in moving from apartment to house. I have looked for this issue for nearly 6 years with no luck.
