I believe any modern small truck with a heavy Russian made MG crudely mounted in the back. Probally a 80's Toyota with multi colored body pannels. Add a bush guard on the front and maybe a winch.

My advice is not to use a Toyota.  They've been recalled.

mig productions are a bit pricey, but well worth it. I've done one of the short wheel base toyotas by mig, and it turned out great.

It might be cheaper to go up to 1/25 scale. you can get aoshima toyota hilux or chevy el camino.
