That's the boat from the movie "One Crazy Summer". I don't know what make it is. To me it looks more like a power boat than a sailboat. Maybe a movie conversion?

Hi,I have to put my three cents in here. The boat seems to be one which is a copy of one that you can buy plans for. The magazine WOODEN BOAT has a lot of ads for plans availability in the back of the mag.If its a company built I cannot recall any company that would,ve built it.Yes I do believe it is set up as a motor sailer.I hope this helps you solve the mystery.     TANKERBUILDER

Dumas used to have a small boat like that in their catalog but it's no longer available. They do have a Chris Craft that is amazingly close to that boat. I'm sure with a little modification it would work. There is one on ebay right now item no. 400103187681,  Dumas 1706 1935 Chris-Craft 25 ft. Family. I haven't researched it so I don't know if the price is right, but I have built quite a few of their boats and they are great kits. Hope this helps.
