You do very high quality work. The tracks and wheels are fabulous.
Your skill really shows, thank you for sharing your work.
That's a fantastic build! It looks very much like a full scale M113.
I am surprised it is your vey first model, do you have background skills in metal work?
WOW!!! Now that is some kind of serious model.I was a MARINE in "the NAM" and I saw many of those things. The one I always seemed to have around(the crew seemed to follow us like a puppy) was more weathered ,But you got it spot on.Excellent work.I build proffessionally and no one has ever asked me to build one of those and if they wanted it REALLY BIG, like yours I would hope that it comes out looking that great. again GREAT WORK!!!! tankerbuilder
Now that's truly amazing! My hat's off to you and your skills!
salvine I can't speak for everyone here but I'll give you a little slack on the color. Nice work!

Thank you sir, but the color of the pictures posted vary when you see it personally, maybe because of the lighting or the camera. It is in olive drab color ^_^

Thank you sir!
I forgot to write that my only reference in this build is a 1/72 M113 ACAV Trumpeter kit. And it supposed to have 2 M60 mgs rather than 2 .30 caliber browning mgs. I did it because it is easier to build brownings from scratch unlike the M60s....Sorry for my bad english
Beautiful work! I would love to have that sitting on my coffee table! I also wish I had the time and money to take on a project of that scale!
She was only a whiskey maker, but he loved her still.
Hi! I'm Jon from the Philippines. I just want to share my entirely scratchbuilt 1/6scale M113 ACAV made from galvanized sheets, galvanized wires and lead solder. All parts of the project were all handmade/ handcrafted, and it took me almost a year to build this. This is my very first model/scratchbuild and very first painting try, so please bear with me if you notice some not-so-accurate details or colors. Hope you like my build
