Finally found the dummy nuts I was looking for and ordered them from Walthers. Got them the other day and was able to complete the cylinder flanges. Here are a couple shots of how it stands now.
Those are the crankcase and left and right cylinder assemblies.
Here the cylinders are mounted to the crankcase. The lower half of the crankcase is added but not visible from this angle :-(.
