Thanks guys.......all I do is based on experience.....doing the same thing over and over
gives experience......you guys can do as well or better just continuosly doing it.
I am a little old...63, and when I started modelling back in 1953-54 plastics were just
starting, 1954 was quite a year for them.... I bought in that year the Lindberg PT-17 and Hellcat, I got the Revell Pilot a Freighter, and many many cheap solids!!!, I got used to "solid wood kits" made by Comet, Goldberg , Guillows etc.....I never saw them as hard, they were there to be build following a technique and that´s all. The "death" of solid wood models is exactly the same as the "death of Drive-Inns.....its a cultural transposition....."Now we do this, not that", cultural evolution which in this case, at least to my understanding, is a minus for modellers since they are missing a great way of making "any airplane in the world"..........just a different technique that´s all.
See you´ll soon with the B-18 Bolo which I finished last night.
