In issue  of FSM 10/07  their was a armoured version of a humvee. I wanted to know how to make the gunshield for car scale model. I found the 50 cal and m60 from a 1/18 action figure.

What type of knife would be used to make shrapnel damage and what paints would be used to make the scourched marks from the damage.I bought avaiation bullet hole decals would 1/48 be the best scale size on the car model.Their are also fusalage decals where would those be best placed on the car model.I am still troubled on how to do rivits in 1/25 scale what tool would be best used.Appearance of armour I am doing is something of scrap metal  but I prefer using styrene what paints should I use and combine to make the weathering effect. I located diamond plate styrene is that a good start.
