I built a re-box of the Lindberg Mite back in the day, which went MIA during our move to NC in '92.     The "extra work" part for me was thermoforming a clear canopy from the solid plastic kit canopy.

Seeing yours, Dave, makes me want to get another one! :)

Take care,

Frank

Nice build of a rarely seen subject.  Thanks for sharing.

Very nice!

The Mite is a plane I'd like to own. I have the Mooney Mite club site bookmarked on my computer.

Didn't even know Lindberg kitted that plane. I suppose they are very rare.  Anyway, beautiful build!

Looks nice, and I think I know where the work was.  You'll get to the next one when the memories fade enough.  I really appreciate you sharing these builds, they are subjects I never see.

Actually, it was far more work than I expected! I have a second one I was going to build, but have put it on hold because of this! Dave.

That's some very nice work! It's assembled and finished beautifully.

Was the kit easy to put together, or did it need a bunch of work?
