I ran an airliner build in '08 and we had a ball. I'd be willing to do it again...have been thinking about it, in fact.

What the heck...consider it done. Watch the Group Build section for a post later today.

As for what to build...can you tell me what you've got?

I've got a 1/144 Airfix TWA L-1011 shat I've only glued the fuselage halves together.  Would that be eligible?

If you would accept a painted but not assembled entry, I've got a Boeing 314 "China Clipper" needing an excuse to get back on the bench.

The MD-11s are the 1/200 Hasegawa kits. I'm deciding what schemes I'd like to see the A380 ,was thinking Cathay Pacific, the 727  and the MD-11 wear.

I still have a 727, MD-11, and an A380 plus the 747-400 that I'm working on, and another MD-11 that will soon be finished up.

I have several half started ones (fuselodge glued together) that I'll eventually finish.  Guess this GB can be an excuse to finish them.

Hmm, some how I missed the 1/144 GB.  A airline GB would be cool, I have plenty to choose from in my stash.

Hey, you know I'm up for it!     I've got the 747 entered in the 1/144 GB that's going on now, but like you, there's many more waiting their turn!

Take care,

Frank

I would like to participate in my first group build. I have a few airliner kits laying around. Any ideas on what to build?
