Hi Jeremias,
I found the hexadecimal code for Gendarme Blue to be #436B95 and looking at some color charts that will find similar colors to the hexadecimal code, it would seem that the closest match for Gendarme Blue is RAL Pigeon Blue (#5014).
You can try this for yourself at http://scalemodeldb.com/paint using the hexadecimal code I gave above.
