I AM VERY PLEASED. Just picked up a Classic Airframes Lockheed 14/ Mk 1 Hudson on E-Bay for $31.61 plus $7.50 postage. I believe that is less than the kit sold for originally. I've been looking for one for over a year. They have always gone for over $90. It was listed under civil aircraft (Not incorrect, but not where most people search for it), Classic was misspelled and the wrong photo was shown (yes, I asked if it was actually a Hudson). That adds up to quite a deal for me.

That's a great price for a rare Bird.  The original MSRP was $59.95 & with CA shut down there is little likelyhood of any new production.

I plan on doing this up as one of three C-111s. I am fascinated with the fact that so many civilian aircraft wer "impressed" (read: drafted) at the beginning of WW II.
