Hi ;

 If you really look at the smaller one it does have a unique problem . Look at the full length of one of the REVELL plan's engine units with the cowl on . Now look at the smaller one .

 Doesn't it seem odd the Nacelles are as long as they are ?

Thats, good I did not miss out.  I have the Revell DC-7 from the 60s and hope to someday build it.

After some searching, here's what I can offer.

That smaller model is from the company on the box there. It is a DC-6B and the markings are peel and stick. The model itself is plastic, "snap tight" construction.

The larger model looks like the Revell DC-7. Those are the decals, although they are incomplete. The cheat stripe is missing.

That kit, in an unopened box, goes for good money, but the example here looks really poor.

I don't think you missed anything.

 Modeling is an excuse to buy books.

I saw this on Ebay but did not bid in time, looks like two DC-7 models.  The one larget kit is the Revell AA DC-7 but I am unable to identify the smaller DC-7 with Delta decals.  Any ideas?
