Looks great!  Interesting subject.  Very similar to other ag plane like Pawnee.

Thanks for the info SteveFL, I have seen the "AgCat" with a PT6, thats why I asked. PT6 will run on Ethanol so thats what threw me.

As a side bar you know those pilots gotta be having a blast when they're working, I know I would be.

Nice work, on a very interesting model.  I've never seen that one  before.  I doubt if I would have the patience to salvage such a poorly made kit, however.  You are to be congratulated!

Beautiful job on the build and especially the scratch-built details. Now you need to take it to the airport and put a hangar behind it to get some good "It's really a model" shots.

Thanks alot.  Those EMB-202s use a 300HP Lycoming piston engine.  Since ethanol is plentiful and cheaper than Avgas, they've modfied these engines to be higher compression to burn that alcohol.  The Brazilian government states that the switch is a 20% savings on operational and maintenance costs.

She sure looks the part, I've been buzzed by a couple of those guys dusting the corn and potatoe fields out here in Eastern Wa.. Is it a piston engine or a turbine?

This obscure kit made by Elata comes from Brazil.  I absolutely love the lines of this aircraft.  This was a difficult build as nearly all the parts had flash and the styrene was very soft. Almost nothing lined up. I also had to scratch build many components such as the cockpit, as well as the plumbing and nozzles for the chemical/pesticide spraying. That was mostly made up of aluminum tubing from K&S. The gear struts are made from bent brass tubing as the original plastic struts would not support the weight. Same goes for the tail wheel--that was all scratch-built. In the end, after lots of choice words, the final results made it worthwhile. She makes a nice addition to my civil aviation collection as it represents the only aircraft using 100% pure ethanol--it does not use Avgas of any kind. Please enjoy the pics.
