Thanks Bish. As I'm a rattle can sprayer I use a lot of Plasti-Kote enamels, this one being chrome.

I think they've changed the brand to Valspar as it used to be donkeys years ago!

Thanks for the info, its amazing what some people do with rattle cans. theres a guy in our club who swears by Halfords for most of his models.

Thanks littletimmy. I like different, and cool and rattle cans. I'm not keen on airbrushes, they are too complex, paint plus thinners and cleaning time etc. not for me.

Hot water in a ice cream tub, can in to atomise the paint, still shake and ready to go!

Watch out with really big kits, however.  I started with an airbrush using those propel cans. I kept them in a pan of water about the size of one of those tubs.  I would pick the can up  every couple of minutes to redistribute the heat.  Then one time I picked up the can- it seemed heavy- and the whole thing, can, pan and all, came up!  The water had frozen!  The compressed gas is a refrigerant.  That is when I decided I needed an air compressor.
