American Airlines Embraer 175

Hey everyone!
I recently bought the 1/100 Tamiya Embraer 175 that I'm planning on making in the American Eagle color scheme since he flys those planes for Envoy right now. I was wondering if anyone has found the proper grey color that looks as much like the new AA paint scheme and if so what is it or a color mixture that works too.
