Thanks guys for the constructive critasizm, this is a funny one as because this figure is small in real life its hard to see any flaws and i spent a great amount of time with blending coats but when you take photo,s its not that impresive. yes i am going to mount her just as soon as i can get my shrinking machine to work properly. No really im going to make part of a bed sheet with folds in it  and have her on that as you would.Im gonna try a few more blend coats aswell. cheers lads.

a trick i was shown at a contest-------take a high res pic and then look at it on screen.

You will see flaws in the casting you never saw before, and edges on your paint and missed spots that really stand out on screen.

Nice work.  It may be the photo, but I think her eyes are just a tad too big.

There has been some great pin-up figures released lately. Nice job on this one.

Something to be aware of, there are some clumps or other foreign material on the back of her leg and ankle. Keep an eye out for things like this when doing bare skin or in some cases, typical to this type of figure, stockings or nylons.

Try using a few more "layers" to smooth the transitions of your highlights and darks. Use enough and of the right consistency, you'll achieve results with acrylic like you'd expect to find with oils. i.e. if you use 3 layers to transition from basecoat to highlight, try 5.

I like what you've done with this, (this sounds awkward too) but how are you going to mount her for display? (my apologies to anyone that snorted tea/soda/milk/water/coffee etc. through their nose......)

I'll mount her for you...LOL...

Nice work; I've almost been banned several times for posting such work...luckily you have strategically placed the "cover" on her breasts...

When doing females, it's generally a good idea to add a bit more pink than you would with a regular miniatures, especially in the cheeks. You want a warmer, softer tone to the skin. Other than that, she looks pretty good.

Remember, if the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

As im taking a break from armour posting for a while i thought some may like my latest. This figure was painted in acrylics building up very thin coats  with lots of shading and blending.

If you want to see uncensord pics email me at andy.argent@ntlworld.com and i will send as attachment.

Next on my list is a group of dinosaures. variety is the spice of life.
